Peptide Mass Spectrum Interpretation

This page is an index to three pages: These pages are limited in their scope. They say nothing about how to prepare a sample for spectrometry. They say nothing about how to operate a mass spectrometer. They are concerned only with mass spectroscopy of peptides. They take as their starting-point the trace produced by a mass spectrometer, and discuss how this can be used to try to identify the peptide or peptides contained in the sample. Both manual and computer methods are discussed.
